Are you a driven enterprise sales professional who thrives on building trust, unlocking strategic value for clients, and growing business in a way that drives sustainability?

We’re looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to win and grow new business with enterprise clients. Earth Blox products enable financial institutions, enterprises, consultancies and NGOs to plan and deliver sustainability strategies by leveraging the nature and climate insights we provide. Value creation for our clients is critical to our success, and winning long-term business that delivers this is the core purpose of this role. You will lead a cross-functional team to understand the client’s pain points and requirements in order to present value-add solutions.

The opportunity

This is a pivotal commercial role at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll drive new business with enterprise clients across the finance, energy and consulting sectors — building strong, trusted relationships and ensuring our solutions deliver real, measurable impact. You’ll work closely with senior decision-makers and partners, acting as a strategic advisor and a sales leader to drive Earth Blox’s continued expansion.

What you’ll do

  • Take ownership of your pipeline — setting and refining targets through regular reflection and clear reporting.
  • Work consultatively with technical account managers to understand the client requirements and present  value-add solutions.
  • Develop and deliver sales plans for enterprise opportunities.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and meaningful, using insights to strengthen relationships and guide strategy.
  • Help refine our sales playbook and processes to scale with elegance and efficiency.
  • Build sector-specific knowledge of Earth Observation and its real-world applications.
  • Gather and share market insights, client feedback and emerging trends with the wider team.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to create a customer experience that is seamless, relevant and impactful.

Who you are

  • Proven track record in enterprise consultative sales, ideally in SaaS or data-driven solutions.
  • Skilled at building trust-based relationships and co-creating value with senior clients.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, hybrid team environment.
  • Able to see work through to delivery, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Strategic in thinking, precise in execution.
  • Clear, compelling communicator — confident presenting to senior audiences and diverse stakeholders.
  • Well-organised and self-directed, managing time and priorities effectively.
  • Motivated to help clients build resilience and sustainability into their operations and supply chains.
  • Have a good understanding of sustainability in the context of large enterprise clients.
